I’m a certified Life-Transition and Leadership Coach, facilitator, and wellness advocate passionate about supporting professionals and leaders who are ready to move beyond burnout, rediscover their energy, and create lives that feel more aligned and meaningful. My approach blends science and soul. I use the Core Energy Coaching™ model and the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment to help clients deepen their self-awareness and shift how they show up—in their work, relationships, and everyday decisions. I bring in mind-body practices, practical tools, and evidence-based strategies to guide people through meaningful transformation. This work is personal for me. I’ve been through my own journey—burning out in a demanding professional life, then slowly rebuilding a more purposeful and fulfilling path. That experience, along with living across different cultures and career spaces, has shaped the way I view leadership, success, and the power of aligned living. As a peer group facilitator, I create reflective spaces for honest dialogue and shared insight. In both individual and group coaching, I aim to create experiences that feel energizing, clarifying, and real—not just productive. My clients walk away with a deeper sense of who they are, where they’re headed, and how to lead with more presence and intention. In addition to coaching, I’m also a certified wellness coach, yoga instructor, and Six Sigma Black Belt. I hold an MBA, an M.Sc in Biochemical Engineering, and a B.Sc in Microbiology—but more than any credential, it’s the human side of this work that keeps me inspired.
